This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/ Office Assistant  Solar Power. As a Receptionist/ Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads. 
  • Engage with potential customers professionally and persuasively. 
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions. 

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to Apply
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Can Work on Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Minimum of an intermediate or equivalent
