Job Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for all members, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Build strong relationships through regular engagement and personalized support.
Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the office environment, ensuring all areas are functional, clean, and aligned with our brand standards. Address maintenance issues promptly, coordinating with service providers as needed.
Sales and Lead Follow-up: Actively follow up on sales leads to increase membership. Conduct tours for potential members, highlighting the benefits of our community and services.Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of events, from small workshops to large gatherings, that enrich our community and enhance member experiences. Manage logistics, budget, and promotion of events within the space.
Administrative Duties: Manage member onboarding, database updates, and billing processes. Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback from members to improve services and amenities. Implement changes that enhance the overall community experience.
