1. Has a Minimum 3+ years of Experience in in Installing, configuring and deployment of Asterisk, Asterisk based applications like Vicidial as standalone server/multi cluster mode.
2. Has experience on customizing Vicidial forms and reports.
3. Has hands on experience in trouble shooting and resolving Vicidail related issues.
4. Knowledge of Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
5. Ubuntu desktop operating system knowledge
6. Knowledge of networks and communications protocols, and good understanding of network infrastructure
7. Models non-discriminatory practices in all activities. Other Duties Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Senior Systems Administrator, Technology or other appropriate administrator.
8. Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing and new Microsoft Windows server operating systems.
9. Responsible for integration of user workstations with Microsoft Windows server operating systems and Active Directory and must have good knowledge on VIcidial.
10. Regularly confers with database programmers, analysts, other systems administrators, and users regarding current and prospective system changes and future needs.
11. Provides support to site-managed technical staff regarding system administration and usage.
12. Directs efforts of technicians who are involved in diagnosing and correcting system related failures and performing system management activities; determines logical solutions to complex system administration and application problems.
