We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Telesales Representative to join our team at Stallion Deliveries, a leading logistic courier company.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone / Social Media to introduce our logistic courier services and generate sales leads.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on our service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales or customer service roles, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other Socail Media platforms.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
- Graduation qualification.
Salary:Attractive Salary + Commission.
