What You Will Be Doing
- Developing documentation templates for use in the development cycle
- Work with Development and Quality Assurance personnel to research, define and document product functionality including process flows, use cases, etc.
- Produce high-quality documentation for products including manuals, help topics, FAQs etc.
- Take up the lead role in writing technical marketing material for end-user distribution
- Designing, building and developing top-notch mobile and web applications which allow users to upload real-time data from our products & interact in real time
- Work side-by-side with back/front end engineers, firmware developers, product engineers and others in an agile environment
- Have your voice heard & work make a huge impact on our core products!
What You Need for this Position
- BS Computer Science (MS Preferred) and/or,
- 3+ years experience in technical writing preferred
- Excellent writing skills in English mandatory
- Ability to understand technical aspects of the software and coordinate with core development team
- Programming background (C++ or Java) a strong plus with some exposure to QA processes
- Strong ability to take ownership and work independently
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries or source code is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sport fitness and/or technology
