Consultancy Objectives:

The consultant will draft KP and Punjab specific booklets on laws relevant to GBV and child marriage and conduct virtual sessions with Aawaz II district team members

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Consultant will enlist relevant laws, policies and mechanisms in KP and Punjab on GBV and child marriage
  2. Consultant will review available material including laws, government documents and relevant IEC material developed by non-government organisations
  3. Compile list and details of mechanisms available to address GBV and child marriage at district and tehsil levels
  4. Develop two separate booklets, in English and Urdu, on laws, policies and mechanisms in KP and Punjab on GBV and child marriage with relation to their implementation at local level.
  5. Conduct three virtual sessions with Aawaz II field teams

Deliverables:

The contract will be based on deliverables

  1. Desk review of relevant materials (laws, policies, mechanisms, reports, etc.)
  2. KP and Punjab specific lists of relevant laws, policies and mechanisms
  3. Sperate booklets on laws, policies and mechanisms on GBV and child marriage in
  4. KP and Punjab Final booklets after incorporating PMU and SPO comments
  5. Three virtual sessions with Aawaz II field teams
