  • Understanding and supporting Company Knitted Fabric functions to meet the brand needs
  • Partnering with Production team, Technical Leads, Sampling department, QA & Design teams in process innovation and quality improvements at Production Units
  • Provide technical support on knitted fabrics to factories and/or productions teams wherever necessary
  • Conduct assessments of each knitted fabric mill by looking at parameters such as on-time delivery, consistency in chemical / physical standards & price movements
  • Act as a true product expert and liaise with buying/sourcing teams on latest trends and developments
  • Implement, monitor and review the internal control systems in accordance with the policies and compliance requirements to ensure that the bulk order can be delivered within schedule
  • Maintain effective communication with all facilities/units and suggest corrective actions to address possible problems when identified

Skills

Ability to manage, motivate and develop team members, can influence senior leaders and peers to achieve business results

Ability to plan, prioritize and adapt to change while achieving and maintaining results for multiple projects

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities & working knowledge of ERP
