Business Development: (Develop annual business plan and divide it into objectives by analyzing market trends, guest preferences; Identifying and evaluating competitors; Prepare financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates.)

Sales Promotions: (Identify potential customers, develop and execute strategic sales & marketing program; Evaluate program results;Develop and sustain business oriented relationship with key accounts;Maintain Customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing Lodging, Services, Environment and customer preferences. Delegate sales targets to team; Pass instruction for engaging/entertaining customers by considering Business standards.Create Brand image for Hotel)

Service Excellence: (Ensure best Services all the time. Propose and execute Training & Development programs for superb services and make sure that customer leave the Hotel happy. Evaluate that guest satisfaction targets are met)

Operations Excellence: (Maintain Operations Excellence by directing and implementing best hospitality. Develop Annual and monthly Budget for Key Operations Expenses and achieve targets. Lead key Hotel projects-repair and maintenance, refurbishment; Ensure that cost are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered; Develop and execute best HSSE Practices, Liaison with stakeholders)

Financial Responsibilities:(Meets outlets financial objectives; prepare monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales forecast and profitability; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions; establish and monitor business controls; develop and implement strategies to increase profitability.)

Personnel Management:(Anticipate future staffing needs in line with annual business plan and coordinate with HR Department; Provide guideline to Managers for career development plan as per policy;Accomplish outlets human resources objectives by supporting in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, discipline, appraisal, and reviewing job contributions; Plan and review compensation & benefits objectives; enforcing policies and procedures in-lined HR Department.)

Required Skills& Expertise:

  • Proven Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
  • Proven Experience in Sales & Marketing of Hotel
  • Must be customer focused
  • Ability to welcome and embrace change management
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with diverse customers.
  • Ability to handle pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to motivate team to ensure that service meet appropriate standards.
  • Experience in development and implementation of Hotel policies & procedures
  • Must possess financial skills to analyze Revenues and profitability
  • Influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, email and the Internet
