Operations Excellence: (Maintain Operations Excellence by directing and implementing best hospitality. Develop Annual and monthly Budget for Key Operations Expenses and achieve targets. Lead key Hotel projects-repair and maintenance, refurbishment; Ensure that cost are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered; Develop and execute best HSSE Practices, Liaison with stakeholders)
Financial Responsibilities:(Meets outlets financial objectives; prepare monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales forecast and profitability; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions; establish and monitor business controls; develop and implement strategies to increase profitability.)
