We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry roles, with proficiency in computer software and a keen eye for accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Entering, updating, and verifying data into various systems or databases.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry tasks.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Performing regular data quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification in data entry or computer applications is a plus.
