Position Overview:
This position will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Assistant Manager HR in carrying out different HR Operational activities and to render strategic support in achieving different departmental goals.
Major Responsibilities:
- Handle all the matters related to the Leave & Attendance of the employees.
- Process the Confirmations & Salary Reviews timely.
- Handle all the activities related to the employees’ separation.
- Manage Employee Loan & Advance cases.
- Handle all the matters related to the Government Agencies i.e. EOBI, SESSI, Labour Department e.t.c.
- Conduct Orientation sessions for newly inducted Staff at production units.
- Act as a point of contact for Health Insurance related matters, ensure timely addition and deletion of employees, payment of premiums and assist employees in case of a medical emergency on an ongoing basis.
- Assist A.M HR in processing of monthly payroll.
- Advise management on sound practices in different areas of Human Resource Management.
- Any other task as advised by the Management.
