We are an American company providing construction estimating services all over the US. We are currently looking for some enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute to generating sales for our company. Our Telesales Representatives will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Candidates with experience are encouraged to apply. Freshers can also apply if they have good English-speaking skills.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good English conversation ability
Ability to bring sales
Confident enough to speak to American natives
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Fast learning ability
Ability to use MS Excel
Must have intentions to work for a long period

Responsibilities:

Our telesales representatives will be responsible for taking business-to-business outbound/inbound calls with customers.
Will be responsible to build good communication with customers and bring sales to the company.
Manage inbound and outbound calls confidently.
Following the provided "script" when handling conversations with the clients.
Will be responsible for generating leads.
Will be responsible for making sales and making follow-up calls to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
Will be responsible for achieving sales targets.
Will be responsible for teaming up with colleagues to bring sales to the company.

Note: Training will be provided to the selected candidates.

Working Hours:

We work only 5 days a week.
