· Ensure the application of incoming section task as per process flow.
· To give required feedback to customers in case of any complaints or project tasks.
· To lead the Root Cause & Corrective Action Study for customer Complaints.
· To perform Vendor improvement process for product & process audit on timely basis.
· To ensure the continuous improvement psychology at all QA sections
· To perform the Six Sigma projects at In-house & vendors end for achievement of customer desired PPM level
· To implement the application of 7-QC tools at required sections.
· To participate in special testing activities for concerned products as per drawing & PIS.
· To support line manager for Quality Engg Section in order to perform detail investigation analysis for complaint parts.
· To identify opportunity of poka yoke Methodology for complaint parts in Quality Engg section.
· To lead QC Circles in Quality Engg Section.
