Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
The primary objective of this role shall be to elevate the company's competitiveness and ensure its sustained financial success. This entails not only, promoting and developing the company’s brand but also identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Building robust relationship with clients is a key aspect of the assigned responsibilities, hence promoting trust and loyalty within the client base.
The position plays a pivotal role in analyzing data and market trends within the exchange industry, providing valuable insights inform strategy decision making. This position reports directly to the CEO, requiring close collaboration and alignment with overarching organization goals and objectives. Position requires the candidate to leverage expertise, strategy vision, drive innovation, growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with company objectives, navigating market complexities and seizing opportunities for growth and expansion. This also includes identifying and capitalizing on untapped avenues for business growth and market penetration, scoring targeted initiatives to expand the company’s footprint and enhance its competitive edge.
- Spearhead product development endeavors, orchestrating the creative of innovation/ market based offerings tailored to meet evolving customer needs and capitalizing on emerging market trends.
- Identification of potential business locations for competitive market penetration
- Provide inspirational leadership to a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and collaboration that fuels collective success and individual growth.
- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, includin customers, regulatory bodies, and strategic industry partners, fostering trust, collaboration, and mutually beneficial alliances
- Monitor and evaluate business performance through comprehensive reporting and insightful analysis, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures to optimize outcomes and drive sustainable growth.
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate from a HEC recognized University / Foreign University in Business.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience including 05 years of financial sector.
Age: Not more than 55 years as of date of application.
