Knowledge / Skills:

  • Knowledge of banking products & services.
  • Awareness of SBP policies and prudential regulations.
  • Prior experience in customer dealing in a reputable organization preferably in a bank.
  • Proficiency of computer skills.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for mobilization as per targets and effective & efficient management of medium and large deposits and customer dealing in branch; will work as front end staff in banking hall and will be responsible to handle deposit customers queries in accordance with the service quality standards of the bank.
  • Also responsible for maintaining quality and service standards and ensures smooth operations exist at all times; holds the responsibility for smooth client handling.
  • Responsible for deposit mobilization for the bank/branch.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to mobilize deposits/CASA as per target.
  • Responsible to attend customers in banking hall and for onward services over the counter.
  • Respond to all liability related customer queries and ensures satisfactory customer handling for deposits customers.
  • Responsible to handle new and existing portfolio of branch liability clients.
  • Supports the branch in terms of product processing and service deliveries at front end.
  • Deposit mobilization for branch, achieve given targets
  • Periodical reporting for achievement/follow ups of deposit mobilization targets.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of branch to provide comfortable & conducive environment to customers.
  • Work as a team member in the branch; in coordination with bank operation’s staff and Micro Finance Team.
  • Ensures that customers’ queries and complaints are handled properly and resolved in a reasonable time period.
  • Monitors activity / trend of the customers accounts through daily / routine transaction activity of the customer; bring to the knowledge of senior staff in the branch if notice any suspicion.
  • Implement customer service delivery standards and ensure the branch provides error free and quality customer service.

Work as a support to Bank Operations in the branch.

Ensure Compliance to KYC/AML and statutory requirements.
