Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative team to produce high-quality visual, written, and multimedia content.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that effectively communicate the brand\'s message and values.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive and effective brand messaging.
  • Oversee the artistic development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, ensuring deliverables meet the required standards and deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, incorporating new ideas into future creative projects.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for creative projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative work.
  • Exceptional leadership and organization skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
