- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain supplier relationships, resolve disputes, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project timelines and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and manage logistics to ensure timely availability of supplies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new procurement opportunities.
- Analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Supervise procurement staff, provide guidance and training, and evaluate performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a procurement manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
