The Company seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Associate to join our team at Gadap. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and data management within our animal fattening farm facility. Reporting to the General Manager (GM)-Fattening Operations, the person will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain financial data in the fattening information system with accuracy and efficiency, while overseeing the financial operations.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and Company SoPs.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and other routine and adhoc financial and management reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise.
- Monitor and track inventories, expenses, revenue, and other financial transactions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
