We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Pricing Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our supply chain management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize costs, enhance profitability, and ensure competitiveness in the market.

Responsibilities:

Pricing Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to formulate effective pricing strategies.
Cost Optimization: Collaborate with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, economic indicators, and changes in market dynamics to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to integrate pricing strategies seamlessly into overall supply chain management.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing terms with suppliers and other partners to secure favourable agreements that align with organizational objectives.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing databases, ensuring accessibility to relevant stakeholders and facilitating informed decision-making.
Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with pricing regulations, industry standards, and contractual agreements.
Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies through regular performance reviews, making adjustments as needed to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in pricing analysis, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and proficiency in Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics.
Detail-oriented and able to manage complex data sets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
