The Events Manager shall have a multi facted role, mainly of Sales and Marketing, and Events operations management.
Sales & Marketing role
The Events Manager shall be responsible for the sales and marketing of the company, including special focus on generating bookings of events. This may include handling walk in guests and convincing them to book their events at the company's venue, direct sales visits in different local corporations and academic institutions in Islamabad, and developing an overall brand of the company to attract bookings and increase monthly sales turnover. An out of the box thinking and creativeness is encouraged by the top management.
Event Operations Management role
The Events Manager shall be overall in charge of the event itself, ranging from purchsing of raw materials, quality control of food and ambiance, vendor management, and ensuring that the event/function is an overall success and up to the complete satisfaction of the customer. In fact, we expect the events manager to think creatively, and exceed customer expectations in every event. This role has therefore a huge impact on the events manager's role in sales and marketin, as it contributes to the development of the overall brand. We believe that the event of the customer itself is an ideal marketing opportunity.
