Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Drive sales and meet revenue targets- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales
