Online Sales / Marketing Manager for eCommerce Websites/Portals including eBay & Amazon Required
Toolmarts Inc is a California based company, providing professional quality industrial tools and accessories to US and Canadian customers since 2001 thru multiple ecommerce portals and market places like eBay and AmazonWe are looking for an individual with experience in online sales and marketing to manage our multiple eCommerce portals with over 38K SKUs including Amazon and eBay stores with more than 2500 listings each.
Ideal candidate should possess detailed knowledge about latest eCommerce trends, Amazon and eBay store and listing policies and able to present and drive a strategy to increase listings visibility and taking sales to next level in a reasonable time.
This is a senior level job requires at least 2 years of experience managing eCommerce websites, eBay & Amazon stores. Non-experienced candidates will not be considered, its is a rewarding position as you will be working closely with customers, using your creative skills, and working towards the opportunity to become a high level manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent command on verbal and written English is a MUST.
- Have strong organizational skills
- The person will work as part of a team and should have a habit to take responsibilities seriously
- Should be able to work with minimal guidance and able to think out of the box
- Hardworking, dedicated and self-motivated individual with ability to learn and grow
Skills
Keyword research and analysis
Create listing titles enriched with targeted keywords
Excellent understanding of latest eBay / Amazon standards and trends
Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls to resolve their issues in order to get positive feedback and achieve highest store ratings
Must have adequate HTML and CSS knowledge to create professional looking listings
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
