Job Purpose
Research based projects will be given to all the interns to get hands on experience on the systems, processes and the products.
Interns will be given the opportunity to work with the experienced professionals in the various departments of the organization depending on their field of interest
Principal Accountabilities
· Carry out the assigned project independently
· Proactively seek guidance from the supervisor to carry out the project
· Come up with effective solution for being result oriented
· Assist team in identifying process improvements, if required
· Work with team to enable network with internal external partners
· At the end of the project submit a report
· The report will serve as the primary means by which the supervisor/HR will evaluate the internship experience.
