Tower Logistics Ltd is a leading Service provider of the Logistics industry in the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our team at the Lahore office.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
- Address customer inquiries and promote products/services.
- Achieve targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a call centre.
- Truck Dispatching Experience is not required
- Must be proficient and fluent In English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Bachelor or equivalent; sales/marketing qualifications are a plus.
