Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a customer support or sales role.
- The candidate should have good phone etiquettes in communicating over the phone.
- Excellent spoken English, verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone manner.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills to understand customer needs and objections.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
- Comfortable using computers for email, ms word, ms excel and browsing on the internet
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Work from Home, ideally quiet environment
- Will require access to PC / Laptop and Mobile Phone
