- To ensure safe operations and optimum production of processing plant and to supervise the work of staff
- To check and verify the performance of the plant and plan, execute and counter check the shifts' production cycle
- Well acquainted with normal start up and shut down procedure of the equipment and machinery in chemical plant
- To adopt latest techniques to run the plant on cost efficient mode
- Practical knowledge of chemical related software and worked on DCS or PLC based plants
- Maintain close liason with maintenance team to plan and execute preventive maintenance of respective plants
- To ensure that the equipment/process area is safe for working and respective production and support teams adhere to HSE policies/practices
- Any other job assigned by the management within the scope of position
