- Material Balancing of raw material, pending issuance of purchase
- Daily checking of tank, reporting on daily basis
- To look after the inward and outward of all items, checking the basic material coming on site and verifying it.
- To manage inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfer with related departments.
- To maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage, design principle, recommendation improvements.
- To maintain all records of receipt and issue.
- To maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variance, inputting data.
- To prepare all necessary reports pertaining to RM/PM.
- To check the flow of the store from time to time
- To check the products before the opening and closing of the store
- Must be technically sound to check the quality of valves and other spares and tool items
- Any other job responsibilities assigned by management from time to time
