Create linkages with private/public sector employers, trade bodies, formal/informal associations, overseas recruitment agencies, local relevant authorities, opinion leaders and NGOs to ensure effective placement of the passed out trainees
- Create linkages with TVET institutes, encourage TVET institutes/trainees to identify formal/informal setups for employment
Develop effective communication strategies in support of project objectives
Proactively hunt target organizations and establish communications to meet project objectives
Organize seminars, conferences, job fairs and ceremonies promoting wage/self employment
Develop linkages and effective networking with private sector employers, Micro Finance Institutes and local & overseas recruitment agencies for the employment of successful trainees
- Mapping of local industry, maintaining database of formal/informal employers and sharing with TVET institutes/trainees
Maintain high ethical standards at all times, avoiding any actual or perceived conflicts of interest
