Carryout the quality assessment of TVET institutes for selection.
- To coordinate with TVET institutes to engage them for training, signing of agreements and documentation records of all correspondance with institutes.
- Evaluation as per agreement signed and coordination with CBOs/NGOs during the student selection phase and availability of potential students to institutes.
Introduce new demand driven vocational and technical trainings.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings/workshops/seminars relevant to the project scope.
Carryout frequent field visits, monitor and support on-going trainings in targeted institutes and ensure that the quality of training is up to the agreed standard.
- Support TVET Advisor for smooth implementation of the project.
Maintain high ethical standards at all times, avoiding any actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and communication skills
Must be a team player with initiative and demonstrated ability to work in a challenging work environment
Strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with people at various levels
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have prior experience of working in a TVET project.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, web browsing and email
