Job Purpose
- We are looking for a vibrant, energetic, skilled full Executive Assistant to CEO of our company.
- Schedule Meetings, Meeting Agendas and preparation of Minutes of Meeting
- Travelling, lodging, hotel booking and other arrangements.
- Making Reports as per instructions
- Handling the guests
- Email clients
- Must be able to communicate independently
- Maintaining the office record, filing of bills and other important documents
- Candidate should have hold on MS Office
- Salary is to be decided depending upon the set of skills of candidate
- All general secretarial work and any other official tasks assigned by the Management
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent English Language, spoken and written both
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Good presentation skills
