- Plan, organize, coordinate the University’s Student Activities; establish goals and objectives; implement program activities in accordance with University policies and mission.
- Communicate with a wide variety of campus personnel as well as community organizations
- Supervise and participate in the preparation and maintenance of a variety of records, database of prospective employers, files and reports related to student career services activities
- Execute all aspects of integrated marketing plan, including advertising development and social media placement, promotions, events marketing communications, sponsorships, partnerships, online marketing, etc.
- Develop and maintain liaison with the corporate sector for effective placements.
- Manage corporate events
- Perform related duties as assigned
Skills
Excellent counseling, communication, organization, customer service, analytical, problem solving and motivational skills.
Knowledge of college/university level student affairs and student services principles and practices.
Experience in working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Excellent oral, written and multimedia communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Computer literate. Comfortable with technology and the use of standard office programs and social media networks.
