Graphic Designer

Do you cringe when you see bad design and smile when you see beautifully designed marketing collateral? Do you have experience setting the tone and direction of a new website or an app? If you obsess over detail, every pixel, font type, and color, we want to talk to you!

We’re looking for someone with a good eye for design, who understands local culture and can help us translate our vision into images and video. The ideal candidate would be a creative, independent thinker and is happy to work in a dynamic and agile ‘startup’ environment. Digital design knowledge and a good understanding of website design principles are essential, including the production of marketing materials such as infographics, websites, banners, flyers,etc. He/she would be a strong visualizer and comfortable working with web developers and copy-writers on assigned projects.

Passion towards the Urdu language and literature is the primary criterion. It is preferred that he/she have experience using Urdu font in a design.

Skills

Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects or equivalent
Photography + Editing
Filming + Editing (Bonus)
Experience creating animated graphics and infographics (Bonus)
