We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle.  

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries, and serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system and other HR databases.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
