Duties and Responsibilities

Manage accounts payables.
Process vendor payments.
Coordinate with vendors regarding invoice and payment-related matters and conclude.
Physical verification of inventory inflows and outflows.
Record purchases, returns, and inter-branch transfers.
Perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to system-generated reports.
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and investigate problems.
Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize data in various forms and formats.

Knowledge and skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional communication skills
Prior experience in Retail operations
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
