We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team and spearhead our growth initiatives in the IT sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to expand our client base and market presence.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coordinate Snagging and PM Services to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements to achieve monthly unit closure targets and yearly bulk acquisition goals.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. With negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the IT platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, including relevant regulations, trends, and customer preferences.
