We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Franchise to spearhead our expansion efforts in Punjab and across Pakistan. He will be responsible for driving business development initiatives to establish new school branches through franchising agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for franchise expansion
2. Identify potential franchise partners and build strong relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and educational stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability franchise
4. Provide guidance and support to franchisees throughout the process.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise operations, conducting regular audits and assessments.
6. Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand awareness and attract prospective students to franchise schools.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and educational innovations to adapt strategies and enhance competitiveness in the market.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in franchise development in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of the franchising business model, including legal, financial, and operational aspects.
• Knowledge of the educational landscape and willingness to travel.
