Job Description:
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries as and when required
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • Receive and direct fax messages.
  • Welcome, Receive, assist and Direct Visitors to the appropriate staff member and maintain visitor log.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
  • Perform other related duties as required
 
Skills Required:
 
Very presentable, responsible and discipline.

Must have Excellent Communication Skills.

English writing and speaking skills are a must.

Must be proficient in operating various computer applications required to do the job.
