|
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries as and when required
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Receive and direct fax messages.
- Welcome, Receive, assist and Direct Visitors to the appropriate staff member and maintain visitor log.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Perform other related duties as required
