- Responsible for testing of assigned projects including writing and executing the test cases
- Responsible for preparing scenario matrix
- Defect management which includes logging, reviewing tracking the bugs
- Should understand the requirements fully and initiate discussions with concerned people to seek clarifications on unclear/unspecified requirements
- Should do the impact analysis of the changed functional requirements
- Tracking self progress as per the schedule
- Maintaining and keeping up to date, all the testing related documents
- Should be able to setup & maintain the test environment
- Candidate with client/server application testing background is a MUST.
- Should have prior experience of service testing.
- Should have a test to break attitude and should be able to design positive & negative test scenarios based on the validation on controls.
- Must be a good collaborator who is detail-oriented, pro-active, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and follow-through on tasks.
- Ability to estimate task durations and meet schedules.
- Detailed knowledge and passion working in an Agile environment
- Proven experience testing integrated system.
- Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes.
- 1 - 3 years experience in quality assurance preferably in a product development organization, including testing web applications
- BCS/MCS or equivalent
- Ms / BCs/ Bs in Software or IT
