Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Manager Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist our client managers in maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service, and ensuring smooth operations within the client management department.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Assist in communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings as needed.
  • Handle routine client inquiries and redirect complex issues to client managers.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to client managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain client files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Assist in monitoring client accounts and ensuring timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Help client managers in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliverables.

Data Management:

  • Update and maintain client databases and CRM systems with accurate client information and interactions.
  • Assist in analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving client service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in client service, sales support, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
