Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Asset Inventory, and keeping track of all assets and equipment
- Focal person of collecting information and applying for Sales tax exemptions and refund cases
- Assist Procurement and Admin officer in collecting invoices from vendors and processing them on timely manner
- Supervising office boy and maintenance boy
- Supervise Cleaner and Gardner
- Ensure that office supplies, stationery stocks are replenished on time to have adequate supplies
- Ensure that office is neat and tidy
- Monitoring compliance with USAID Rules & Regulations
- Assures compliance with Federal, State, Local and Corporate Policies, Regulations and Laws
- Assist Finance Team in responding to financial reporting requirements;
- Develop and manage a system for documentation control and filing;
- Other activities as required.
Key Qualifications:
- One year of practical experience in working with USAID or other donor-funded training and development programs, in a finance capacity;
- A relevant bachelors degree;
- Strong computer skills (word processing,, spreadsheets, databases and presentations);
- Strong interpersonal, coordination and project management skills;
- Strong written & oral communications;
- Team player, able to work respectfully and cooperatively with colleagues or different national and cultural backgrounds;
