Responsibilities:
- Download, install, and configure ERP software tailored to our business needs. (e.g., Odoo,SAP Business One, Oracle,Peech tree, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Customize ERP modules to align with business processes and workflows.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP software users.
- Train employees on ERP system functionality and best practices.
- Stay updated on ERP industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1 years) working with ERP systems, such as SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- ERP certifications or relevant training is a plus.
