We are currently hiring Call Center Agents to join our team for our Xfinity, Spectrum, and Energy campaigns. As a Call Center Agent, you will represent some of the leading brands in the telecommunications and energy sectors, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting products and services. Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service requests, technical support, and sales opportunities for Xfinity, Spectrum, and energy services.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to upsell or cross-sell products and services, such as upgraded cable packages, internet plans, energy-saving solutions, etc.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about products, pricing, promotions, and service features.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to cable, internet, energy services, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Effectively address customer concerns and complaints, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for sales, call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Xfinity, Spectrum, and energy products, services, and promotions.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations while handling customer interactions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the telecommunications or energy industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu and other languages is a plus.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to effectively persuade and influence customers.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to cable, internet, and energy services.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, call center software, and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
