1. To look after effective working of air conditioners (Factory/Expatriate’s residence).
2. To participate in Installation, servicing and repair of air conditioners.
3. To perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of air conditioners in factory and Expatriate’s residence.
4. To participate in checking emergency lights working inside factory.
5. To perform Fire alarms testing as per schedule.
6. To perform other maintenance works in office, factory or expatriate’s residence as assigned by management.
7. Perform any other duty assignment given by the management.
