1. Efficiently manage the Company’s Payable Process in accordance with Company’s Policies  

1.1.  Preparation of Contractor payroll (Head Office, Factory)

1.2.  Checking and Verification of all Utility Bills

1.3.  Maintain excellent working relationship with external suppliers (Timely Payments)

1.4.  Bill bookings and payments for all Imported materials and related transactions

1.5.  Verification of all Marketing Service related bills in AX received from Marketing Department

1.6.  Recording of all Other Transportation/ Freight related bills sent by Factory Accountant for centralized payments

1.7.  Verification and payments of Final Settlements (Contract employees), Advances and Loan Deductions

1.8.  Monthly provisioning for Marketing Expenses in respective account heads

1.9.  Recommend and highlight improvements for effectiveness in respective areas

1.10. Verification and ensure timely payment of all Insurance Bills (Imports)

1.11. Verification of Monthly Handling Charges

2. Ensure Product Costing of all Imported YPL Products

2.1 Preparation of Landed Cost Sheets for all Monthly Imported Items (Materials, Machinery, Equipment) 

2.2  Accuracy in allocations of Expenses on Imported Materials and checking of Import bills

2.3 Liaison with Clearing Agents and Factory Purchase Department for clearance of Import documentation

3. Controlling of Monthly Budgeting Strategies

3.1 Comparison of Actual data with the proposed Budgeted figures to report variances

3.2 Reporting of Head Wise Marketing Expenses at Brand level

3.3 Outstanding Service Bills Status Reporting

3.3 Reporting for Taste and Trial Inventory Consumption / Warehouse wise status (Marketing and Sales Warehouse)

3.4 Submit Stock in Transit Report of Letter of Credit Account Balance Items

4. Management & Reporting

4.1 Financial analysis and Industry comparison of YPL standings with competitors

4.2 Detailed R.O, its reconciliation and timely booking in ERP after coordination with Marketing Department

5. Assist in Annual Financial Audit Activities (External Auditors)

5.1 Coordination in timely completion of Audit at each financial year end

5.2 Preparation of Reconciliations of respective account heads for the purposes of Audit

5.3 Coordination with the External auditors and provide data and supporting documents as per their requirements
