1. Compliance

a. Acts as an internal facilitator for establishment and improvement of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005.

b. Studies and performs gap analysis w.r.t. the implementation of new standards.

c. Maintains and update the documentation requirements for international standards like QMS, FSMS and HFMS.

d. Develops action plan against the identified gaps and facilitates stakeholders in filling those gaps.

e. Responsible for conducting compliance audits throughout the company against internal and external procedures and standards.

f. Communicates with certification bodies regarding international certification.

2. Management Review Meeting:

a. Coordinates all the departments to collect inputs of the MRM

b. Compiles the presentation of Management Review Management.

c. Notes and compiles the decisions of Management Review Meeting.

d. Drafts and circulates decisions taken in MRM among all stake holders.

e. Assists Manager Compliance and Food Regulatory Affairs in updating YPL management on overall performance of management systems on biannual basis through MRM.

f. Facilitates stakeholders in implementation MRM decisions.

3. Food Regulatory Affairs

National Food regulation: Obtained applicable National Food Regulatory Licenses by:

a. Assists Manager Compliance and FRA in collecting documents, reports, certificates for the application of product license to PSQCA.

b. Receives audit visit of their inspectors

a. Receives the licenses.

b. Ensures the PSQCA LOGO is affixed on all product Packaging / labeling / advertisements during quarterly internal assessment of PSQCA audit.

c. Ensures that the logo use fee is paid to PSQCA on quarterly basis.

d. Acquires their National Standards for the particular food item by visiting PSQCA.

e. If specific test not available in-house, testing reports are arranged through an external accredited lab.

f. Visit PSQCA for licensing of products, standard procurement of products and Raw materials, submission of quarterly testing fee and sample submission to Quality Control Centre.

QT9 Software Global Admin:

a. Manages Implementation of all modules of QT9 software.

b. Obtains data from stakeholders and load it into the software.

c. Ensures that QT9 software is effectively utilized for storage, review and approval of the documents

Train users on both specific and general modules of QT9 software.
