  • Split targets into Weeks, days, order bookers as per sales history, market potential and desired growthset by the organization.

Sales Force Management.

  • Visit frequency rescheduling as per order frequency.
  • Ensure Distribution wise & section wise productivityas per company desire.
  • Ensure, outlet wise drop size is intact.

Analysis & Strategies

  • Visit SSS pre-scheduled reports as per defined frequency.
  • Share analysis with team members to get their “Buy In” to resolve the issues.
  • Design short term strategies to get out warm situations of trade.

Strong Co Ordination with Distributors.

  • 10 days inventory at distribution floor.
  • Stock Monitoring and Order generation as per inventory maintenance SOPs.
  • Involve distributor or his manager in SKU wise stocks management.

Market Coverage & Development.

  • Market visit at 70% of working days.
  • Once a week, visit to top 50 LGs at GT channel is must.
  • Vigilant eye on competitor moves & information to upward very quickly.
  • Timely identification of issues hampering the business growth for further action.

Control Damages.

  • Ensure Damage / return as per policy.
  • Ensure Warehouse management SOPs at distribution level.
