Who are we?
Zameen is Pakistan’s leading property portal. Since its inception in 2006, it has exhibited meteoric growth and currently has offices in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Gujranwala and Faisalabad with over 300 employees. Zameen is backed by venture capital firms Catcha Group and Frontier Digital Ventures, and in 2012, Gilles Blanchard, the founder of France’s largest property portal SeLoger, came on board as Chairman.
Behind Zameen is a team of highly talented individuals with over a decade’s worth of experience in creating easy-to-use platforms, and we are looking to add more skilled and energetic go-getters to our quickly expanding team.
What’s the job?
Let us be clear from the get-go: terms like ‘coasting along’ and ‘getting by’ don’t exist in the Zameen vocabulary. So if you are looking for a cushy sales position with little growth or movement, this is not the place for you. However, if you have the right experience and a proven ability to sell, and you fit the following description, we’d love to get you on board:

Key Responsibilities
Establishing, maintaining and expanding a client base while aptly fulfilling the needs of existing clients
Negotiating with the clients directly as well as generally assisting the negotiation process
Planning, preparing and executing promotions and associated sales of company products
Working with the team to achieve sales performance targets of the designated region and delivering on key performance indicators
Developing and implementing sales strategies and conducting analyses of sales activities against goals by compiling and analysing sales figures
Analysing and understanding client requirements
Generating leads and building a network for opportunity referrals
Assisting in developing a long-term sustainable business by developing long-term strategic partnerships
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research
Keeping up-to-date with products and competitors
Skills & Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think outside the box and be creative
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales (field sales preferred) and Business Development
