1. Managing and developing clients to take up rental space in the Mall.
2. Cold-calling, setting up meetings and visiting client offices to pitch rental spots.
3. Pitching spots to walk-in clients, maintaining regular follow-ups with all recent clients in database.
4. Maintaining and updating walk-in and cold lead databases.
5. Prepare bi-weekly reports on all leasing activity, including new leads and current status of all clients.
6. Managing all new client relations from initial meeting till signing of agreement and handing over to Admin and Finance Depts.
7. Understanding and promoting salient features of property and having a in-depth understanding of the spots available
