Job Objective:
Build and manage relationships with channel in order to achieve targets and goals through business partners (retail, franchise, distributors etc).
Job Responsibilities:
- New customer acquisition as per assigned sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Product availability in the market as per assigned targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Contribute towards achieving RSM & ASM targets.
- Increase/enhance penetration in the retail network.
- Stock Management of products at retail level.
- Manage DSF and ensure that their market visits are followed as per set schedules and assigned targets are met.
- Monitoring of all processes and policies of the company.
- Monitor and assist trade marketing activities at retail level.
Key Performance Indicator:
- Overall target achievement.
- Market analysis, feedback and improvement in sales channel
