βeta Research is a young startup based in Czech Republic, primarily conducting research in US Equity Market. At βeta Research we started offering Consultancy services to our highly esteemed clients recently. This project will become independent from βeta Research later.
As problem solvers, we solve the toughest of business problems and add value to our clients’ businesses every day. We currently have an opportunity for a Data Analyst / Python Programmer
Requirements:
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
· Hands on experience with Python programming
· Enjoys solving business problems and ability to write clean readable code
· Experience with object-oriented/object function programming
· Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a variety of data sources using SQL or other ‘big data’ technologies
· Highly motivated to understand the financial business domain
Nice to have:
· Past experience working with data processing frameworks
· Experience working with some micro framework i.e., Flask
