Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and market research to expand the company’s client base.
Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies including social media advertising and LinkedIn marketing to increase brand visibility.
Utilize CRM software to maintain and enhance customer relationships, track sales pipelines, and manage client communications efficiently.
Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of 10 marketing and sales professionals to achieve targeted business development and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment.
Prepare and present marketing and business development reports and proposals to senior management and clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms for the company.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met consistently.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional growth in business development and digital marketing.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all business and marketing activities.
